We make anywhere between 10,000 and 40,000 decisions every day. Like our muscles, our brain is capable of becoming exhausted. When this happens, decision fatigue sets in, and it’s a disaster to productivity. When we make so many decisions, the quality of our judgement declines, and we tend to take the easiest route — which isn’t always the best one.
