New AMD-based Chromebooks from HP- CES 2019

HP, one of the world’s leading PC manufacturers, introduced its new Chromebook models at CES 2019, the world’s largest technology fair.

The new HP Chromebook models introduced at the CES 2019 Consumer Electronics Show were the first Chromebooks to use AMD processors. Featuring 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB SSD storage, the HP Chromebook 14 comes with a 14-inch display at 366 x 768 resolution.

The HP Chromebook x360 is the higher-performance model than the HP Chromebook 14, set at $ 299. Intel’s 8th generation of processors will be available in the Pentium, Core i3, i5 or i7 processor options, and features 6GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of built-in storage.

The 360-degree rotating touchscreen is 14 inches in size and 1920 x 1080 pixels in resolution. The price of the HP Chrome book x360, which will be available in January, has yet to be announced.
