Caesars Rewards – Resort Offers App Review

Caesars Entertainment is one of the most prominent brands in the US entertainment and leisure industry. Its iconic resort on the Las Vegas Strip has given rise to a gaming behemoth, which now owns over 50 resorts and seven golf courses across the United States.

As of 2020, its total assets were valued at $36.4 billion. However, that’s likely to have risen in recent months after it acquired sports betting icon William Hill in April 2021 in a deal worth $3.7 billion.

William Hill’s US-based assets have since been rebranded to create a new Caesars Sportsbook franchise. According to OddsChecker, Caesars Sportsbook is already available in 13 US states with licensed online sports betting markets.

Caesars’ hotels and casino operations have been intrinsically linked for many years now, thanks largely to its rewards program, designed to give its regular casino customers exclusive perks for use at its portfolio of hotel resorts.

Benefits include waived resort fees, complimentary drinks and food and even free hotel accommodation altogether. The name of this loyalty program is Caesars Rewards, formerly known as Total Rewards.

How Does Caesars Rewards Work?

Creating an account with Caesars Rewards is a sensible idea if you are likely to spend money at Caesars properties or with its online sportsbooks. That’s because for every dollar you spend, you’ll accrue Reward Credits that can be redeemed in the future.

Once signed up to the program, you’ll receive a Caesars Rewards account number, as well as a shiny new membership card displaying your name and account number.

Whenever you play casino games at a Caesars resort, hand your Caesars Rewards card to the dealer or enter it into your slot machine. This will help to monitor your spending and ensure you get the right amount of Reward Credits.

How To Use The Caesars Rewards App

First and foremost, the Caesars Rewards app can be downloaded and installed onto any iOS or Android device. You can hook up your existing Caesars Rewards account to your app, allowing you to get a real-time update on your Reward Credits and even redeem them through app itself – more on that shortly.

Logging in to the app, you are instantly greeted by a welcome message, followed by a visual displaying your current tier status and Reward Credits total.

Alongside Reward Credits, you’ll also accrue Tier Credits, which help you to move through the tier status ranks starting from gold, platinum and diamond, through to diamond plus, diamond elite and seven stars.

Any pre-booked stays at Caesars hotels will be displayed on the home screen of the app too. You’ll have the option to contact the front desk of your accommodation with a single tap or make reservations within the hotel, such as restaurant bookings.

The navigation menu runs along the bottom of the screen, unlike most apps where the menu is positioned at the top of the screen. The ‘Stay’ tab allows you to search the latest room rates for the dates you want at Caesars resorts near you.

The ‘Eat’, ‘Watch’ and ‘To Do’ tabs within this section make it easy to reserve tables at nearby restaurants, book tickets for major attractions and much more.

The ’Offers’ tab is where the Caesars Rewards magic really happens. Here, you’ll get exclusive offers tailored to you, based on your tier status and recent spending. These exclusive deals can range from discounted attractions to free entry into big-ticket competitions.

Tap the ‘Rewards’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the app and you’ll see your digital Caesars Rewards card.

Here, you can track your Reward Credit history over the previous six months and also hit the ‘Redeem’ button to use some of your Reward Credits towards a future visit to a Caesars property.

Tier statuses within Caesars Rewards are also matched with other partnered chains like Wyndham, where platinum and diamond status users are given comparable treatment.

It’s a similar story with Eldorado, with Fan Club and Club GVC statuses also linked to your Caesars Rewards tier. That’s because Eldorado technically owns Caesars Entertainment. It acquired Caesars in 2019 and rebranded itself to Caesars Entertainment in July 2020.

If you’re someone that enjoys frequent visits to the bright lights of Las Vegas, either for business or pleasure, a Caesars Rewards account is highly beneficial to getting the most out of a stay at any Caesars property.
